When I first saw your letter I laughed then I cried I wanted to kill someone And I wanted to die You're just like a zombie You always come back for more Well, take another piece of me Coz you aint had it all You know you want to C'mon! C'mon take it C'mon take it Take it all So you ramp up the pressure You might as well have a knife What's the fucking point of it all? How am I supposed to survive? As the worry increases And I'm trapped in my cell This is what you've done to me You fucking happy now?!

Ver 1 I tried the real world but the real world doesn't work, the plastic mould of marketing that sculpts you from your birth, it's a Hollywood hegemony where you have to be a man, aggressive and protective are the values of his land. Tolerant of difference until you cross his line, then it's to hell with understanding "that is yours and this is mine". Chorus You're not an individual, you're just a target market, a romantic macho hero, you have to be a man. It's a Hollywood hegemony, aggressive and rejective, a fallacy where your self worth is measured by the clothes in which you stand. Ver 2 I don't need your rat-race I've got a rat race of my own, a cage in which I stand in, a place that I call home. I try to find the freedom buried deep inside my mind, far from expectation, from corruption, from confine. Tolerant of difference until you cross his line, then it's hell to understanding "that is yours and this is mine"

about

DSM Global Collective UK

A core punk band of 3 members which collaborate with other bands in the punk scene from all over the world..
This has been the ideal behind the project from it's start ... It took a few years to get started like anything worthwhile, so far it's been a very enjoyable process of making lifelong friendships with like minded comrades..
For which we continue to be eternally grateful!
